American Red Cross Preschool Aquatics promotes the developmentally appropriate learning of fundamental water safety and aquatic skills for young children (ages 4 and 5). Skills categories include water entry and exit, breath control, buoyancy, changing direction and position, swim on front and back, and water safety. This course will prepare children to swim in the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim courses.- Class Location: Mabel Lee Hall Pool, 840 N. 14th St., City Campus. Enter the building through the northern-most, west-facing doors. Entrance to the pool is through the locker rooms located just inside the NW entrance. Youth age 6+ years must use respective restroom/locker room.

- Registration information: Parents/Guardians will receive a confirmation letter, release form, and detailed information via email prior to first class. Release form is required for attendance.
- Cancellation, transfer and refund policy: Notice of registration cancellation must be in writing and received no later than the registration deadline in order to receive a full refund. Refunds will be less 20% as a cancellation fee if received after the registration deadline. No refunds will be issued after the first class meeting. Transfer of the full registration fee toward the next session of lessons may be permitted if received no later than the registration deadline. Transfer of registration fees after the registration deadline will be less 20% and will be at the discretion of the Assistant Director of Instructional Outreach and Aquatics.
